Welcome to D's Bulk Buy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website (https://dsbulkbuy.com), purchasing our products, or participating in our distribution programs, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Concentrates: Our products (Nu-Way Clean, DN Ultra, Dobuloso) are industrial-strength concentrates. Users are responsible for following dilution instructions on the label. D's Bulk Buy is not liable for damage caused by improper use or undiluted application.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or package (e.g., Survivor Kit, Silver Package) at any time.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Standard Orders: Payment is due at the time of purchase via our website or authorized payment processors.

  • Quarterly Contracts: For commercial accounts, payment for the upcoming quarter must be received seven (7) days prior to the scheduled delivery. Failure to pay may result in a skip of service or termination of the contract.

4. Shipping and Local Delivery

  • Local Drops: "In-town" or "Flash Sale" deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Our drivers will attempt to place items in a secure location (e.g., porch or loading dock).

  • Liability: D's Bulk Buy is not responsible for theft or weather damage to products once they have been delivered to the designated drop-off point.

  • Access: Customers must ensure clear access for our delivery trucks.

5. No-Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of bulk liquids and sanitation products:

  • All sales are final. * We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any 5-gallon buckets or paper goods once they have left the delivery vehicle.

  • If a product arrives damaged (e.g., a leaking bucket), it must be reported to the driver immediately or via our 888-number within 24 hours for a replacement.

6. Distributor/Affiliate Program

Individuals participating in the "Bulk Boss" or Distributor program acknowledge:

  • They are Independent Contractors, not employees of D's Bulk Buy.

  • They are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.

  • They must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) to maintain brand integrity.

  • Starter Kits are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

D's Bulk Buy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri (or the state of the Company's primary registration), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
